Peeler centrifuge is continuously rotating and intermittently
operation centrifuge. It can be either automatic control or manual
control.
The whole process of operation including materials feeding,
separating, cleaning, dewatering, discharging and filter cloth
recycling can be achieved at full speed. Single cycle of processing
materials is shortly but with large quantity. The solids cake can
be well dried and cleaned.
Peeler centrifuge is widely used in such industries as chemical,
food, light industry, pharmaceutical, etc. It is suitable for
separating suspension containing large-size or medium-size or
small-size particles, such as sulphuric ammonia, carbonic ammonia,
PVC, etc.
Siphon peeler centrifuge is designed on the common peeler
centrifuge basics. By the siphon to increase the force pushes the
clarified liquid passing through the filtration medium into the
liquid chamber. The liquid is drained out of the basket through the
sucker. Adjusting the position of sucker could change the liquid
level in the suction chamber to adjust the force of filtration,
speed, output, dryness of the solid cake and effectiveness of
cleaning.
Set a recoil fitting. Pour washing liquid into the suction chamber
and the overflow chamber if it needs. Washing liquid flowing into
the basket will resume the filtering performance of the filtration
medium when it passes through it.
Siphon peeler centrifuges are suitable for massively processing of
the highly sticky slurry with free moisture solids cake. It can be
applicable to separating amylum, sodium bicarbonate and calcium
phosphate.
Feeding phase | As it can freely regulate the filtration rate, the filtration rate
is reduced during feeding phase to prevent uniform distribution of
the cake. | ||
Filtration phase | Siphon pipe is lower level. With the column height Hu of additional
liquid, the filtration rate is increased, and thus the processing
capacity is increased by 50% within the same time. | ||
Washing phase | Inlet of the siphon pipe is in higher level with less filtration
pushing force being generated. The washing liquid flows slowly to
extend the time of the washing liquid staying in the filter cake,
thus reducing loss of the washing liquid and bringing about better
effects of washing. | ||
Dry spinning phase | The inlet of the siphon pipe is at the bottom with the maximum
filtration pushing force, therefore moisture contained in the
filter cake can be removed easily, and the moisture of the filter
cake is reduced. | ||
Back-washing function | After the scraper discharges the material, the siphon can inject
washing liquid into the suction chamber from the outside, and then
reversely force the liquid to flow into the basket for washing.
Achieve good performance of washing the filter cloth with strong
ability to regenerate. |
