No source gas is needed. An air cylinder may be equipped to regulate and control the lineal pressure and the opening and closing of blade. The contact pressure between the holder and the roller surface can be adjusted by fine tuning the screw.

The air-bag control form can give full play to the flexibility of gas bag. The balanced contact with the roller surface prevents it from damaging the roller surface. The lineal pressure can be automatically adjusted by regulating the pressure of source gas. The available blade is in flexible thickness, and is easy to manage and replace. The roller will not be damaged when blade is replaced, thus achieving high working efficiency.

The unique trapezoid is designed to solve the problem of high heat of yangke dryer, serious scale on the surface, easy to stick adhesive to the surface of the dryer, reducing the vibration of the scraper, making the surface of toilet paper more even and improving the service life of the blade.The scraper clamp equipped with the sealing oil pressure pipe makes the full width of the roller contact with the scraper elastic, and meanwhile, due to the non-pressure shrinkage of the oil pressure pipe, while ensuring the blade contact with the roller soft, it also ensures the rigidity of the scraper clamp, so that the toilet paper improves the wrinkling even to become a reality.The blade is made of SK material, and the fixture is a step structure with long service life.
