It's a beautiful and practical cup. It works perfectly for my favorite tea. You can try putting the loose tea-leaf in the infuser and then immersing it into the hot water. A few minutes later, you take the filter out and put it on the lid, then you can enjoy the after filtered tea. I like the shape of the glass cup and i like than the infuser can be placed in the lid after brewing. I have had quite a few borocilicate glass teacups.
