Beautiful, exactly as pictured, keeps my morning cappuccino warm on the inside, cool to the touch. One issue. The glasses have a tiny bubble on the bottom, looks like a part of the manufacturing process. One of the bubbles leaked and condensation formed inside the hollow portion. I'm hoping the supplier reads this and sends a replacement. ----Michael

If you like strong lattes then go for the double shot, of course! This is the perfect size cup for my taste when it comes to a standard latte with a single shot of espresso. Love that I do not have to use two cups (one to pull the espresso and the second to make my finished drink.) Keeps the drink warm for an adequate amount of time - certainly long enough for me to clean up my Breville and enjoy my coffee. Recommended! ----Gloria
