Description of ceramic pigtail guides:
Aluminum oxide ceramic is a durability and high-purity alumina-based technical ceramic, it offers superb high hardness, extreme wear resistance, and very low friction coefficient. So the material is very suitable for producing ceramic yarn guides using in textile machinery, spinning, knitting, and weaving machines.
The ceramic pigtail guides are produced by hot pressing, ceramic injection molding with dense body. The working section of pigtail guides are diamond polished, it improves the working efficiency greatly, also reduce the yarn breakage rate as possible as they can.
