Product Description
The disc diffuser aerator is a kind of aerator developed in 1980s. It has the advantages of small aeration bubble, large gas-liquid area, uniform bubble diffusion, no hole blockage and corrosion resistance. ABS engineering plastic is used as the main body, and EPDM rubber is used as the diaphragm. The diaphragm opening is made by machining. The numerical control opening is used to ensure the quality and accuracy of the hole. When the aerator is aerated with oxygen, four air supply tanks are designed on the main panel, so that the incoming air can be buffered by the check valve and directly sent to the center of the aerator head, so as to ensure that the diaphragm can be opened easily at one time with low resistance. The diaphragm is mechanically assembled with rib anti lock to keep the diaphragm from falling off. When air enters, the micropores on the air distribution membrane expand by themselves to make air pass through.
