Wet Ball Mill Introduction:
Wet ball mills are generally designed as overflow mills and are operated in open or closed grinding circuits. Wet ball mill is the key equipment for secondary crushing after the material is crushed.
Ball mill, also called ball mill machine and ball mill grinder, is a kind of ore beneficiation equipment. It is so called ball mill because of the steel balls in its interior. The major function of ball mill in ore beneficiation plant is to grind the crushed materials, thus preparing for the next procedure of ore processing operation. It is widely used in ore processing plant, building materials, chemical industry, cement, coal, powder plant, etc.

mill is extremely wide, mainly used for finished products and raw
materials grinding, a variety of ores grinding in metallurgical,
chemical, power and other industries, also for wet grinding of
cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory
materials, chemical fertilizers, black and nonferrous metals
processing, ceramics and other industries.
1. The transmission device adopt rolling bearings to instead the
sliding bearings, which make the friction greatly reduced, easy to
start, energy saving significantly;
2. The discharge device adopt the cone design, which not only
increase the volume, but also force the material of the cone side
and ball mill balls classified. More close to feedout side, the
smaller the diameter of the ball is, increasing the function of
repeated grinding;
3. It uses the trench ring liner, which increase the contact
surface of the ball and mine, therefore strengthen the grinding
effect, and enhance the ore, reducing energy consumption;
4. It adopts the overall rack, which is easier for civil
construction and equipment installation.
Working Principle:
Ball Mill is made up of feeding part, discharging part, gyre part,
transmission part, (decelerator, small transmission gear,
generator, electrical control) and so on. The hollow axis adopts
the cast steel and the lining can replace , the rotating big gear
processes in the way of casting rolling gear. The barrel body is
wearable well and bears wearable scale board. This machine runs
steadily and works reliably.
