This semi automatic skim coat or tile grouting mortar dry mix plant
is mainly composed of bucket elevator, twin shaft paddle mixer,

air compressor. It can realize automatic feeding, automatic dust
removal, automatic mixing, automatic filling and packing.

1. Read the instructions carefully before starting up. Confirm that
the direction of rotation of the motor such as hoist, mixer, pulse
dust collector and valve mouth scale is correct. Check whether the
switch button of the pneumatic valve of the mixer is misaligned,
whether there is any foreign matter in the warehouse, and the
production can be started without confirmation.
Note: If the motor of the valve port filler is rotated in the wrong
direction, it will not be packed properly.
2. Start the first step. First turn on the main control switch of
the control cabinet to turn on the computer system, preheat it for
ten minutes, turn on the air compressor to raise the air pressure
to the rated air pressure, and then add the ingredients ratio
(recipe) of various raw materials. , (semi-automatic model) The
first batch of materials is completed, the operator needs to open
the metering conveyor button to make the raw materials enter the
mixer through the bucket elevator to mix, and the mixing time of
2-3 minutes can reach the uniform requirement to start mixing. The
machine discharge button is discharged to the finished product
warehouse, and the operation is repeated. It must be noted that
each batch is completely in the next step before the second step
can be performed.
Note: If the raw material with a large specific gravity such as
quartz sand is put into the inlet of the hoist, it should be
gradual and cannot be slammed in order to avoid jamming the hoist.
