1. Large crushing ratio (generally 10-25, up to 50), high
production capacity, uniform products, less powder phenomenon, low
energy consumption per unit product, simple structure, light
equipment quality, easy operation and maintenance, etc. Hammer
crusher series products are suitable for crushing various medium
hardness and brittle materials, such as limestone, coal, salt,
Baiya, gypsum, alum, bricks, tiles, coal gangue, etc. The
compressive strength of crushed materials does not exceed 150 MPa.

2. The disadvantage of hammer crusher is that hammer head and
castor bar sieve wear fast, overhaul and balance time is long, when
crushing hard material, wear faster; when crushing viscous and wet
material, it is easy to clog the slot of castor bar sieve, which is
easy to cause shutdown (moisture content of material should not
exceed 10%). When crushing hard materials, hammer head and liner
wear heavily and consume more metal materials. It takes more
maintenance time to replace easily worn parts frequently. When
crushing viscous and wet materials, the castor bar is easy to clog
and the production capacity is reduced.
3. Hammer crusher is used to crush all kinds of hard and weak
abrasive materials. The compressive strength of the material does
not exceed 100 MPa and the moisture content is less than 15%.
Crushed materials are coal, salt, chalk, gypsum, bricks, limestone,
etc.
