Linear vibrating screen use vibration motor as vibration source,
making materials in the sieve thrown up, and in the same time
forward in a straight line.
The materials enter into inlet of the screening machine evenly from
the feeder, producing a variety of specifications of oversize and
undersize materials through multi-layer screens, which are
discharged from their respective spouts.
With low energy consumption, high output, simple structure, easy
maintenance, fully enclosed structure, no dust overflow scattered,
discharge automatically, more suitable for pipeline operations.
Linear vibrating screen adopts dual vibration motor as the driving.
When the two vibration motors do synchronization and repeated
rotation, the vibration force generated by its eccentric block
cancel out in parallel to the direction of the motor spindle,
folding into a force perpendicular to the direction of the motor
shaft, so the trajectory of the screening machine is a straight
line.
There is an angle of dip in the two motor shafts relative screen
surface. Under the joint effect of the exciting force and material
self-gravity, materials on the screen are thrown up, jumping
forward in a straight line, so as to achieve the purpose of
screening and grading materials. It can be used to realize
automatic operation in the assembly line.
It has many features such as low energy consumption, high
efficiency, simple structure, easy maintenance, fully enclosed
structure no dust and so on. The highest screening mesh is upto 400
mesh. It can screen seven kinds of different particle size of the
material.

1. The bolts of the electric motor must be tightened
