1. Furnace

The melting & holding furnace is used to melt the brass or other metal scrap, then directly make rod or tube or strip with the help of crystallizer

2. Traction & drawing machine

The Traction machine is to continuously draw out the rod or tube or strip out of the furnace

3. Auto Cutting Machine

The cutting machine is put behind the traction machine, after drawing the material to 3-6 meters, will use this cutting machine to cut off to pieces.

4. Peeling Machine

After the material cut to pieces, it will go to peeling machine to peel off the dark surface due to oxidation while casting out of the furnace.
