Application
Annealed copper wires with PVC insulation are suitable for
connecting household appliances, small power tools, instruments and
electrical lighting equipment, and are widely used as connectors

Construction details
conductor
The conductor is made of electrolytic grade aluminum/copper, in
line with IS: 8130: 1984 Class 1 and Class 2 standards
Insulation (IS: 5831-1984)
PVC Type A: General insulation for fixed installation cables.
PVC Type C: Heat-resistant (HR) insulation.
Core recognition
The core wire is identified by the following different colors:
Single core: red, yellow, blue, black or any color according to
customer requirements
Two cores: red and black
Three cores: red, yellow and blue
Three and a half cores: red, yellow, blue and black neutral cores.
Quad core: red, yellow, blue and black
Five-core cable: red, yellow, blue, black and gray.
Six nuclei and above: the two adjacent nuclei (count and direction) in each layer are blue and yellow, and the rest are gray. The same sequence as above, and the indelible printing of core numbers, or all cores of the same color have an indelible numbered contrast color on each core. Other colors agreed with purchasers and manufacturers, with digital codes.

appropriate right-hand wires.
Inner sheath
According to the agreement between the supplier and the buyer to
use thermoplastic materials, the laminated core is provided by
wrapping or extrusion. The material used should be compatible with
the temperature rating of the PVC cable.
Armor
Armour is provided on the inner sheath to prevent mechanical
damage. Armor usually uses galvanized steel wire or steel belt. The
armor should be properly left-handed on the inner sheath. The
minimum coverage of the armor should be 90%. In single-core cables
used in AC systems, non-magnetic hard aluminum wires should be used
for armoring. If the diameter of the inner sheath does not exceed
13 mm (greater than 13 mm), round steel wire is used. Use flat
steel tape armor. Different sizes of round wires can also be
provided according to specific requirements.
PVC jacket
The outer sheath should be sheathed on the inner sheath or stacked
cores. If an outer sheath is provided on the laminated core, the
average thickness of the outer sheath should be the sum of the
nominal thickness of the outer sheath and the minimum thickness of
the inner sheath specified in IS:1554 (Part-1)-1988 The sheath
specified in the standard.
