Introduction

Rotary vibrating screen is a kind of high precision fine powder screening machine.

It has low noise and high efficiency. It takes 3-5 minutes for fast change of network, and the whole sealing structure is applied to the screening of materials such as grain, powder and mucus.

Rotary vibrating screen is by the upright motor as vibration source, the motor installed on both ends up and down with eccentric hammer, the motor rotation movement into horizontal, vertical, inclined three dimensional movement, then pass the movement to the screen surface.

The phase Angle of the upper and lower ends of the material can be adjusted to change the motion of the material on the screen.

Working Principle

The rotary vibrating screen, as a piece of powdery material screening equipment, uses vertical vibration motor or special vibration exciter as its vibration source.

The vibration motor and vibration exciter have an eccentric block at the both upper and lower sides. The eccentric blocks can generate a three-dimensional movement in horizontal, vertical and inclined direction.

By adjusting the phase angles of the upper and lower eccentric blocks, the material on the screen can change the movement locus, achieving suitable screening performance.
