Professional Making Tungsten Carbide Drawing Dies From One Port To
The Other Port
Identity:
The tungsten carbide drawing die (tungsten steel die) is made of
high quality carbide, which has high hardness, good thermal
conductivity and low friction coefficient. Cemented carbide drawing
die is simple to make, corrosion resistance, strong impact
resistance, low price is the prominent feature of this product,
suitable for drawing ferrous metals, large-size wire rods, as well
as the use of poor wire drawing conditions.
Notice:
When using the carbide drawing die, we should pay attention to five
points: equipment selection, wire material pretreatment, selection
of appropriate lubricant, abnormal treatment, aging and timely
replacement.
1. Equipment selection: According to the material you want to draw
and drawing equipment, reasonable proportion of the compression
ratio of each drawing die, so as to determine the angle of each
drawing die workspace. (which type of wire drawing die) should be
chosen?
2. pretreatment of wire drawing materials, such as cleaning, rust
removal, annealing, phosphating and so on, to ensure the
cleanliness of materials.
3. Wire drawing powder, oil selection: select high-quality suitable
wire drawing powder (lubricant, oil), do a good job of cooling wire
drawing die.
4. Disposal of abnormal dies in time: If die cracking, die
explosion, die sticking, scratching, shrinkage, broken wire, high
temperature, die blackening, non-wear-resistant and other use
problems, please contact professional and technical personnel in
time.
5. Timely replacement of aging drawing die: When the drawing die
reaches the service life, please change the drawing die to repair
the die in time, so as to avoid the scrap of drawing material
caused by excessive use of drawing die.
