• Good adaptation. This machine is designed to take full consideration of various special requirements to the centrifuge for the chemical waste liquid, optimization design for the main features with specificity and adjustability, etc. As long as the user states its installation and working site, material physicochemical property and technological requirements for the centrifuge before ordering, we will suggest and provide users with suitable models.

• High automation degree. The machine’s feeding, separation, discharge and other processes are for automatically continuous operation at full speed which could be communicated with the microcomputer directly, to realize process automation control.

• Good operation environment. This machine is for the separation of materials under conditions of complete closure, the operator on-site is without any pollution, to maintain the production environment neat and clean.

• Strong corrosion resistance. The machine's drum, spiral, main case and other parts in contact with the materials utilize the high quality stainless steel, with high acid-resistant and alkali-resistant capabilities. Also other materials could be used as per users’ requirements.

• Good wear properties. According to users’ requirements, the spiral vane of this machine adopts the advanced wear-resisting technology such as surfacing hard alloy or inset hard alloy plates, improving the service life of the helix greatly.

• Good process response. Using frequency conversion technology, the smooth start of the main engine is realized, stepless adjustment of speed and dynamic intelligent control, which can be adapted to the process fluctuation automatically. If there is a need for the user, it also can realize the constant torque control.

• Good running stability. This machine adopts the involute planetary gear differential, a unique low oil running technique of our factory. Low operating temperature, big transmission torque and reliable performance. Main bearing of the drum adopts oil circulation lubrication, which can effectively improve its running speed and adapt to the high temperature working condition.

• The main motor could be configured with ordinary type, speed variable type or explosion-proof type, users could choose their own suitable types.

• Low energy consumption. The machine adopts advanced frequency conversion govern technology, minimize the impact on the grid, and its energy consumption is just 1/3 to 1/2 of the same kind product.

• Smooth running. With the parts precision dynamic balancing and the whole machine’s working dynamic balancing, the standard of the vibration intensity of horizontal decanter centrifuge defined by the factory is just 5 mm/s below, which is far below the regulation 7.1 mm/s of JB/T 502-2004 " Technology conditions of spiral decanter centrifuge ".

​• Low noise. The noise sound pressure level is below than 85 db (A), which is below than the regulation 90dB(A) of JB/T 502-2004 " Technology conditions of decanter centrifuge ".

• Complete and reliable safety device. The machine is equipped with multiple protections such as torque protection, power control, electric interlocking, sound and light alarm, which can effectively remove or reduce the damage caused by sudden failures.
