Introduction

Working principle
When the equipment is running, the material that has been treated
in the previous stage enters the first water storage tank. The
first grinding wheel starts to rotate through the motor and the
speed reducer, and the material in the first water storage tank is
picked up from the water and passed through the washing wheel. The
mesh leaks the water and the material below the mesh size, and
transfers the qualified material to the second storage tank. During
the rotation of the grinding wheel, the material is in full contact
with the water, and the water is used to remove the impurities on
the surface of the material. Make the material cleaner.
Then the second washing wheel repeats the process of the first
washing wheel to clean the material twice. The cleaned material
enters the dewatering device, and the large amount of water is
removed by the vibration of the dewatering device, so that the
material is more convenient to store and transport. For the
material leaked in the water storage tank, the water pump enters
the water pump at the end of the machine, and is pumped to the
separation and recovery device for concentration and recovery.
After concentration, the qualified materials are returned to the
dewatering device for dehydration and collection, and the excess
wastewater Impurities are discharged into the return tank.
