Working principle
Dewater vibrating screen adopts dual-motor self-synchronization technology. The motors coordinate with universal eccentric and adjustable amplitude vibrator. When the two motors start to work, the vibrators move reversely at the same time. The centrifugal force is generated by the eccentric blocks superpose themselves and form a single direction vibration. The high frequency vibration drives the screen move back and forth in line repeatedly. So the sand will be dehydrated and filtered.Tech specifications

Performance advantages:
1. The material of the dewatering screen is made of
high-molecular-weight polyurethane, which is resistant to impact,
low temperature, abrasion, and chemical corrosion.
2. The vibration motor of the dewatering screen is easy to replace.
The base rubber spring is used to dampen the vibration, so that the
amplitude is small, and the slow vibration can be taken off
cleanly.
3. The dewatering screen can be customized according to the output
and water content. The side plate of the fuselage has a reinforcing
plate, with a support at the bottom, a horizontal bar at the
bottom, and a triangular steel plate support at the discharge port.
4. The vibration motor is fixed with high-strength bolts, and the
bottom spring is a rubber spring. The sieve plate has a high fixed
density, and ribs are punched in the sieve plate.
5. After welding, the welder will strictly require no welding
holes, and the bottom is supported by channel steel.
6. The sieve holes can be adjusted according to needs. The
equipment has low noise and good dehydration effect.
7. Before delivery, the staff will debug it, whether the vibration
motor is normal, and whether the exciter is running well to ensure
that the quality of the factory product is guaranteed for the
customer.
