Spring Steel DIN 471 Circlips Retaining Rings For Shafts / external retaining rings (9＜d≤300mm)
The retaining ring for shaft is a kind of retaining ring installed on the grooved shaft and used for the axial movement of the fixed parts. The inner diameter of this kind of retaining ring is slightly smaller than the diameter of the assembled shaft. When installing, use circlip pliers to insert the pliers mouth into the clamp hole of the retaining ring, expand the retaining ring, and then put it into the pre-processed shaft groove. Conventional packaging uses oiled paper or plastic as a batch packaging, and the surface is generally phosphated and blackened, commonly known as wild card. There are several aspects that need to be paid attention to when producing the shaft retaining ring; one is the surface is flat; the second is the hardness and elasticity is qualified; the third is that there is no corner burr, domestic manufacturers have high-quality hardware, and have the mature technology of the retaining ring.
