Helps with cable management TREMENDOUSLY. 16 awg to 18 awg 4-way splitter. good strain relief, solid hard rubber plugs.Basically the splitter has 16 awg wire for the main cord and 18 awg for the 4 split.The H05VV-F 3X1.5mm refers to a wire size with area 1.5mm^2, which is about 16 awg wire. You can safely run 13 amps though that wire. The H05VV-F 3X0.75mm refers to a wire size with area 0.75mm^2 which is 18 awg wire. That can carry 10 amps max. The only concern is the plug. All the ends are stamped for 10 amps (the max a C13/C14 plug is designed for).
