What is In-vessel Composting?
In-vessel composting generally is the fermentation method of
organic matter that confine the composting materials within a
building container or a vessel. this fermentation method adopts
aerobic fermentation technology to decompose organic materials in
high temperature. According to the classification of composting
systems, the in-vessel composting system is belongs to the biologic
reactor system. Because the biologic reactor
usually is a vessel where the fermentation process take place.
During the aerobic fermentation process the air flows and the
temperature can be controlled greatly in this kind of composting
system. Besides, comparing with other traditional composting system
the bad weather has less influence on in-vessel composting system
and the offensive odor greatly reduced

The simulation of fermentation tank is carried out, and the
structural stress analysis of all parts of the tank is carried out.
When the fermenter is used for different materials, it can predict
in advance and change the corresponding structure to ensure the
stable operation of each fermenter.

Fermentation cycle is an important factor affecting the treatment.
At present, the fermentation cycle is 7-8 days. Compared with the
traditional fermentation, the cycle is 1 / 3 of the original,
greatly improving the treatment efficiency. At present, there is
another strain under research, the cycle can be shortened to 2
days. After application, it will gradually cultivate special

Temperature maintaining device
When the temperature is too high or too low, our fermentation tank
will start the aeration device to maintain the temperature. What we
use is an integrated heater, not a simple resistance wire heating.

Accurate calculation of gas distribution axis, even mixing and
oxygen filling
Mixing uniformity is one of the important factors of fermentation
quality. We have set up a multi-layer mixing shaft inside, and each
mixing shaft has been accurately calculated, and these shafts can
bear large force without deformation. The fermenter is aerated
while stirring.
