Van filter plate

1. The filter plate is made of reinforced polypropylene, with overall variable cross-section design, so that its flow resistance is small, the flow rate is fast, and the filtering efficiency is higher than that of the same filter plate;

2. Adopt special raw material formula and pressing process, equipped with 4000 ton high pressure hydraulic press, and the mechanical performance indexes of the filter plates are higher than the relevant national standards;

3. The filter plate is made of TPE elastomer and alkali free glass fiber polypropylene, which makes the filter plate have the elasticity of rubber filter plate, and enhance the toughness and rigidity of polypropylene filter plate. After being processed by CNC machining center, the flatness of filter plate is less than 25 μ m, which makes the filter plate have good sealing performance when it is pressed, and there is no spray or leakage when it is fed.

Automatic plate pulling system

1. The automatic plate pulling system is composed of motor, manipulator, transmission mechanism, suspension device, frequency conversion system, etc;

2. The plate pulling system is driven by a motor, which drives the transmission chain to drive the manipulator to move and pull the filter plates one by one. The automatic reversing of manipulator is controlled by the time set in PLC or relay timer;

3. The pull plate suspension device adopts the humanized design - push rod / remote control, which can control the start and stop actions in the process of pulling plate at any time, to ensure personal safety and smooth unloading of the pull plate. (or remote control system, which can control the action of pulling plate through the start and stop buttons of remote control system, and can control the start and stop of pulling plate at any position, convenient and reliable);

4. The force and speed of pulling plate can be adjusted by frequency conversion system, which is suitable for different materials and working conditions;

Automatic Flap System

The flap driving mechanism of filter press can be divided into low-speed motor driving and hydraulic driving. Through the linkage mechanism, the upper and lower flaps of the flap mechanism can be opened or closed at different speeds, so as to play the role of receiving liquid.

After the filter plate is compressed, the filtration process begins, and the flap is in a closed state. During the filtration process, the filtrate leaked from the sealing surface of the filter plate flows into the liquid receiving tank along the flap surface due to the capillary action of the filter cloth. After the filtration, when the filter plate is about to release, the flap can guide the residual filtrate in the filter chamber into the liquid receiving tank to ensure that the filter cake is not subject to secondary pollution; after the filter plate is pulled out, the flap is in the open state, and the filter cake can be directly discharged into the hopper.

Compared with the original tray, it has the advantages of saving space, high automation, avoiding pollution of filter cake (filtrate), and more perfect function.

Automatic cleaning device

The automatic cleaning device of filter cloth of filter press mainly uses high-pressure water to wash the remaining materials in the pore of filter cloth, so as to restore the permeability of filter cloth and improve the filtering speed and service life of filter cloth.

The filter cloth automatic cleaning device is highly automatic, which reduces the labor intensity of manual cleaning of filter cloth.

Packing and Delivery

1. The normal package is wooden box(Size: L*W*H). If export to European countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tighter,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.

2. We also support 20',40' container delivery, use soft packaging to protect machine well. If export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
