Treatment
1. The integrated sewage treatment equipment is buried below the
surface, and the surface above the equipment can be used as
greening or other land, without the need for building houses,
heating and heat preservation.
2. The secondary biological contact oxidation treatment process
adopts pushed-flow biological contact oxidation, and the treatment
effect is better than the fully mixed biological contact oxidation
tank or the two-stage series fully mixed biological contact
oxidation tank. Compared with the activated sludge tank, it has a
smaller volume, stronger adaptability to water quality, better
impact load resistance, stable effluent water quality and no sludge
expansion. The new type of elastic stereoscopic packing is used in
the tank, with large specific surface area, easy to hang the
membrane of microorganisms, and demembrane. Under the same organic
load condition, the removal rate of organic compounds is high,
which can improve the solubility of oxygen in the air in water.
3. The biological contact oxidation method is adopted in the
biochemical tank. The volume load of the filler is relatively low.
4. The deodorization method of the buried domestic sewage treatment
equipment includes conventional high-altitude exhaust and soil
deodorization measures.
5. The whole equipment processing system is equipped with fully
automatic electrical control system and equipment fault alarm
system, which runs reliably. Usually, it does not need special
personnel to manage, but only needs timely maintenance of the
equipment.

Working Principle
1. Gravity is used to make the suspended sludge with a greater
proportion of water in the outlet water of the contact oxidation
bed sink to the bottom of the pool, so as to remove it from the
water and ensure better effluent water quality;
2. Settling to the bottom of the sludge and automatically returning
to the contact oxidation bed to maintain the sludge concentration
of the contact oxidation bed.
3. The disinfection tank USES solid chlorine to disinfect the
water, which can effectively kill bacteria, escherichia coli,
viruses and other pathogenic microorganisms in the water. The
treated water is clear and transparent, with no odor.
Installation and maintenance:
1. Foundation: If WSZ series equipment is placed above the floor,
only a concrete floor with the same shape as the equipment needs to
be prepared as the foundation. The foundation pressure must be
greater than 4T/m2, and it should be horizontal and smooth. If the
equipment is buried below the floor, the elevation of the
foundation shall be less than or equal to the elevation of the
equipment and no water is allowed to accumulate in rain.
2, Installation: According to the installation diagram in place,
each box in place in turn, the position and direction of the box
should not be put wrong, spacing each other should be accurate, and
connected to the pipeline. Fill the equipment with clean water and
check whether there is any leakage in the pipes. If there is no
leakage, cover the box with soil until the equipment checks the
holes and level the ground. Connect the control line of the
electric control box to the water pump, connect the electric
control box to the power supply, pay attention to the fan, motor
steering, and the direction indicated by the fan.

1.The normal package is wooden box(Size: L*W*H). If export to
European countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is
too tighter,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to
customers special request.

protect machine well. If export to european countries,the wooden
