Insulated Pipe Support System is mainly used for the support of Insulated pipes and equipment. A complete insulated pipe support system is composed of insulated pipe supports and cold insulation materials. The cold insulation material is the most important part of the insulated pipe support system, which is high density polyisocyanurate (HDPIR).
For different use, Kaff Rees insulated Pipe Support System includes the following forms
1. Sliding Pipe support system;
2. Guide pipe support system (including guide support for vertical pipe);

Kaff Rees offers a complete product range of insulated cryogenic pipe supports for all kinds of low temperature pipe systems. The insulated pipe supports are designed to be clamped mechanically to the piping by means of disc spring bolting. The pipe support cradle, which houses the HD-PIR insulation, is made of steel and is hot-dip galvanised as standard.
Cryogenic pipe supports by Kaff Rees are standardised and designed according to recognised international technical regulations and standards. They comprise a pipe diameter range from OD 21.3 mm / 0.84 in to OD 965.20 mm / 38 in with insulation thicknesses from 25 mm / 0.98 in to 250 mm / 9.84 in. The supports are made from materials suitable for the specified loads and temperatures (temperature of medium to -196 °C).
HDPIR
HDPIR is a kind of foaming polymer, with the features of plastic, rubber and cork. The raw materials are isocyanate, polyether, foaming agent, catalyst, flame retardant, etc. After high speed stirring, materials react and foam to cellular structure product, composed of millions of tiny and uniform sealed cells. It provide benefits of low density, low thermal conductivity, low water absorption. The performance is better than timber.

Production Flow
Application
These products are normally used in industrial processes for the production, transport and distribution of liquefied gases. These can be propane and butane (LPG), methane (LNG), ethylene, nitrogen, or ammonia.
Packing and Storage
All parts will be fitted together in workshop. Finished product shall be wrapped by anti-ultraviolet polythene film, then packed in wooden case.
Cautions
1. Detach the product, install parts in positions, and fit them together again.
2. Install according to Kaff Rees’ instruction.
