High Density Polyurethane Foam is a new type of low-temperature thermal insulation material. It is formed by mixing and stirring the main raw materials of polyether or polyester and polyisocyanate and the auxiliary materials of flame retardants, stabilizers and foaming agents. Due to the foaming agent gas with low thermal conductivity in its pores, it has certain self extinguishing property, and is often used for heat preservation in cold and low temperature range.
Technical Property

Continuous Service Temp. | ℃ | -110~+110 |
Application
Due to the advantages of small thermal conductivity, high strength, light weight, sound insulation, shockproof, insulation, strong floatability, stable chemical performance, and convenient construction, it is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, ethylene, cold storage, food storage, household appliance refrigerator, partition wall and wall board in the construction industry. When used, it can be prefabricated into plate or shel in our plant, and can also be sprayed or poured with foam on site.
Packing and Storage
(1) Be bounded by packing belts. If there are special requirements, it can be customized.
(2) Shall be placed in a waterproof, moisture-proof, light proof, dry, cool and ventilated place, and be away from heat source and strictly prevent exposure to the sun.
Cautions
(1) During transportation shall be handled with care, and shall not roll, impact or bear heavy objects.
(2) Shall be bounded with steel belts when used for the heat preservation of pipes and equipment.
(3) Can be processed by saw blade for the parts to be cut during construction.
