Main components
Cement stabilized soil mixing plant: It is composed of aggregate bin with weighing system, filler bin with weighing system, mixing system, finished material conveyer, finished material storage bin, control system. It can be divided into stationary and mobile type.
Aggregate system
The grading unit is modular, easy and fast to install; the material

frequency conversion speed regulation, high measurement accuracy;

Filler system

the continuous material level gauge displays the material level in
the control room; the conveyor is weighed first and then weighed,

computer closed-loop control; the powder steady flow small silo
makes the cement metering more stable and reliable.
Water supply system
Automatic control of the water level of the water tank, alarm
prompt for the upper and lower limits of the water level, and can
be interlocked with the water supply pump; the frequency conversion

Mixing system
