The container compressor is designed for some special industries, Due to the demand for containerized compressed air systems, we construct 20' and 40' air compressor stations that are completely containerized, piped, wired, and ready to go to any location necessary.

This containerised compressor with ventilation, lighting, and exhaust systems,according to the actual needs, the equipment such as air compressor, air tank, air dryer,air filters, air distribution tank, sewage collection tank, control power cabinets, etc., can be integrated through pipelines, electrical, instrumentation, sewage and ventilation systems, installed in a container.

Features

1. The inner wall of the container is installed with thermal insulation and noise-reducing rock wool materials, the wall is decorated with porous aluminum plate, and the top is installed with LED lighting. The overall interior is luxurious, clean, bright and heat-insulating and noise-reducing.

2. All ventilation and cooling system inlets and outlets are designed with self-closing shutters and filter to ensure the cooling and ventilation effects of the compressor system, and meet the functions of dust, rain and insect prevention.

3. The compressed air outlet and the sewage connections are led out of the bottom of the container, which is convenient for connecting the air supply pipeline externally after the equipment is in place and the external sewage discharge operation after shutdown.

4. A double-opening door for maintenance and a single-opening door for inspection and collecting tools are designed on the outside of the container, and safety door locks are installed to prevent irrelevant people from entering the container when the equipment is running. It is flexible, convenient and safe.

5. The power inlet and the operation control system are arranged in a small box with a safety door outside the container, which is convenient for the operation control of cable connection and equipment operation, convenient for work and guarantees the safety of operators.

6. The container structure is equipped with lifting lugs and forklift holes to facilitate hoisting and shoveling operations. The whole machine is novel, fully functional, dustproof and rainproof, sun-proof and freeze-proof, sound insulation and heat insulation, safe and reliable, easy to maintain, flexible in operation, suitable for use in various environments and climates, and is the first choice for compressed air mobile operations.

7. The container compressor is convenient for both sea and land transportation, and the size is standardized. It can be directly loaded and transported without the need for containers, which reduces part of the transportation cost for enterprises and meets the requirements of overseas construction.

8. According to the different electrical standards in different country, it can be designed according to the voltage and frequency of the exporting country. When shipping, we will seal all the vents with iron sheets to prevent salt spray from corroding the equipment in the container during shipping. The entire equipment is certified by the classification society and affixed with a logo, so that it can be shipped by standard containers, which will greatly save transportation costs.
