Automatic top load case / carton packer for non-round bottles
Procedure flow:
Bottles are separated to multi channel at conveyor, and then group by bottle separate fracture evenly. Bottle are grouped , then drop to cardboard via bottle drop fracture. At drop fracture with bottle and cardboard fall procedure, via one group of form block board, then card board fold to carton form. Via main drive with carton move forward, at the same time, via glue spray fracture to finish carton top glue spray, again the cam fracture via top ledge fold, at the same top carton fold to finish top sticking. Carton move forwarder, again via glue spray fracture to finish carton side glue spray, and via side pressure and carton press fracture to finish carton finally form and sticking, and via main drive let carton move forwarder to conveyor.
Description:
This fully automated carton box packing machine is able to complete all the procedures in case erecting, case packing and case sealing all at once including flat carton fetching, case forming, products filling-in and automatic sealing as well as full carton discharge. It makes the process much simpler and more continuous than manual and semi-automatic carton opening, loading and sealing. For carton sealing, hot melt adhesive tape is used to make the process healthier and the finished carton look much tidier and more beautiful.

Operating Principle:
1) Bottle/package feeding: Bottles/packages are conveyed onto
infeed conveyor, then through guiding plate to vibrating station to
prevent blocking, after which the bottles or packages will be
separated into different lanes as per customer's requirement by the
separating plates.
2) Flat carton magazine: It can store approximately 200 PCS flat
carton. The flat cartons will be taken one by one by a mechanical
arm with vacuum sucking device an then put on the inclined conveyor
to be conveyed to the filling station.
3) Bottle/package separating: Separating the bottles/packages from
infeed conveyor as per customers’ requirements and then conveyed to
the filling station.
4) Bottle/package pushing: The pusher gather the scheduled
bottles/packages and then push them onto the ready-to-fill
position.
5) Folding, gluing and shaping: Flat carton is folded, glued and
pressed by mechanism on folding conveyor to shape an open carton
box.
6) Filling-in and sealing: A mechanical arm or a pusher put the
scheduled bottles/packages into the carton box and then conveyed
out to seal and discharge.

1. Installation
After equipment reached the workshop of customer, We will arrange
seasoned technician for equipment installation, debug and test
production and at the same time make the equipment reach the rated
producing capacity of the line. Time for installation and debug is
around 15-25 days.
2. Training
Our company offers technology training to customer. The content of
training covers structure and maintenance of equipment, control and
operation of equipment. Training will be arranged in the workshop
of customer. Seasoned technician will guide and establish training
outline. After training, the technician of buyer could master the
operation and maintenance, could adjust the process and treat
different failures.
