General Specification :

The carton packer machine is mainly adopted Pneumatic equipments, electrical as auxiliary working method; It is in small overall size and nice appearance, low power consumption. It is working stable and operated easy. Conveyor is driven by rod less cylinder .

1. Bottle grasper:

According to different bottle shape, bottle grasper is specially designed, 2 suits of air bag style grasper head, no injury to bottles;

2. Bottle grasping:

Bottler grasping is driven by double trip cylinders, that means there is designed height difference for bottle grasping area and box filling part;

3. Conveyor machine:

Bottle grasping suit and grasping elevator is droved by conveyor machine, going between bottle grasping area and box filling area, droved by the rod less cylinder .

Description of bottle case packer:

• This is top loading case packer for round bottles. Bottles will be conveyed to the conveyor and moved forward in rubbing way to lane-divided alignment line, when they reach the ready-for-dropping mechanism and meanwhile the pre-made cases reach exactly under the aforesaid mechanism, the case will be uplifted and the bottles will "soft drop" to the case with the help of grid finger, which will then drop down touching the conveyor and move forward. Bottles and cases continue to move in their own way and begin the next cycle.
• With compact footprint, convenient operation, clear sight of product conveying and packing process, and easy identification of malfunction, this machine is suitable for all kinds of round bottles.

1. Automatic carton packer machine can be singly use, applied to various specifications of bottles, pots, cans, tubs, combined use with automatic packing machine and filling machine, to complete the back-end packing line.

2. The bottled water, juice, beer, oil, milk, medicine, shampoo etc etc or canned beer, juice, milk, food etc can be automatically arranged and packed into the carton according to the carton case packer machine. And the filled carton will automatically sent to the conveyor roller connected with the unmanned automatic production line.

1. Installation
After equipment reached the workshop of customer, We will arrange seasoned technician for equipment installation, debug and test production and at the same time make the equipment reach the rated producing capacity of the line. Time for installation and debug is around 15-25 days.

2. Training
Our company offers technology training to customer. The content of training covers structure and maintenance of equipment, control and operation of equipment. Training will be arranged in the workshop of customer. Seasoned technician will guide and establish training outline. After training, the technician of buyer could master the operation and maintenance, could adjust the process and treat different failures.
