Introduction
Food Grade Wheat Corn Rotary Grading Machine Vibration Sieve
Separator is suitable for sieving and filtering grain, powder and
mucus material. The vibration source of rotary vibration sieve is
vertical motor, the motor is installed with upper and lower
eccentric weight at both ends,changing the motor rotary motion into
horizontal, vertical, and inclined motions,hence the movement is
transferred to the screen surface. It is featured by its low noise,
high efficiency, fast network required for 3-5 minutes, fully
enclosed structure,

Working Principle
The vibration of Food Grade Wheat Corn Rotary Grading Machine
Vibration Sieve Separator is produced by eccentric weights on the
upper and lower ends of the motion-generator shaft. The direction
of the eccentric weights can change its rotational mode,rotation of
the upper weight creates vibration in the horizontal plane, which
causes material to move across the screen cloth to the
periphery,while the lower weight acts to tilt the machine, causing
vibration in the vertical and tangential planes.
