The YP602528 is a high-gain power amplifier based on the highly-reliable InGaP/GaAs HBT technology. It can be configured for high-gain applications with super power-added efficiency while operating over the 5.4~6.6 GHz frequency band. The YP602528 is assembled in at 16-pin, 4×4mm2, QFN package.
