Consumable is target(titanium, TiAl, etc.) and gas(Ar, N2, C2H2, O2). Accessory equipment including water tower+water pump(chiller) for cooling down vacuum pump and vacuum chamber high temperature during working, air compressor for open releasing valve to open vacuum chamber after coating, oven to bake products to dry before coating.
