This Empty cosmetic tube packaging used for urea cream was made of 2 layer HDPE, that makes the tubes be stronger and harder. The tube size is 9oz, about 255gm in 50 mm diameter with flip top. The white flip top cap of this tube is glossy with a little square on the edge of the cap, it can also be round no mater it’s glossy or matte varnish. 50mm diameter tube is also available with screw cap, flip cap, hexagonal cap and other new caps options. The blank area is about 10mm from the shoulder of the tube to the bottom of the printing words. It can be changed with the design/artwork, but at least need about 3mm blank area without printing, because it’s hard for machine to print it. If you don’t need the blank area on the shoulder, we can cut it and re-make the tube head.

This tube color is totally in white decorated with orange and dark blue color offset printing on the tubes, but the orange color with gradient printing from light orange to dark orange. The gradient printing has been widely used in printing the cosmetics packaging industries.
