(1) Select power according to output and production beat
WJZ-200: heating output per hour: 500kg;
WJZ-300: heating output per hour: 750kg;
WJZ-500: heating output per hour: 1250kg;
WJZ-750: heating output per hour: 1500kg;
WJZ-800: heating output per hour: 2000kg;
WJZ-1000: heating output per hour: 2200kg;
WJZ-1500: heating output per hour: 3500kg;
WJZ-2000: heating output per hour: 4000kg;
Production beat (number of heating per minute) = hourly output /
workpiece weight.
(2) Select the frequency according to the size of the workpiece
The recommended frequency of the workpiece with diameter Φ20~Φ40mm
is 4KHz; the recommended frequency of workpiece with diameter
Φ40~Φ60mm is 3KHZ; the recommended frequency of workpiece with
diameter Φ60~Φ100mm is 1KHZ~2KHZ;
The 60*60 or 80*80mm billet is recommended to use the intermediate
frequency 6KHZ frequency; the 100*100 or 120*120mm is recommended
to use the intermediate frequency 3KHZ. More detailed parameters
about the frequency can be determined according to the workpiece.
