HDPE dredging pipes are molded by continuously extruded
polyethylene through extrusion machines and designed molds. It has an excellent comprehensive performance, which contains high
wear resistance, are light weight, easy to transport and install,
do not require large mechanical construction, have excellent wave
impact resistant and ring stiffness, have excellent tensile
strength, can bear the shock of sea waves and wind, and come in
customized pipe lengths according to the customer's request. The HDPE dredging pipe has a low water resistant coefficient and
small friction resistance, high transmission efficiency, good
corrosion resistance, and high chemical stability. It is able to
stand all kinds of corrosive medium and organic solvent of erosion
within the scope of certain temperatures and the concentration
range as well. The HDPE dredging pipe is non-toxic and odorless, environmentally
friendly and not liable to be corroded by armor shell and fungi
from sea or sewage. It won’t produce incrustation and microorganism
and has a high performance of resistance to low temperature , good
aging resistance ,both in water and underground. |
