Multiple Effect Falling Film Vacuum Evaporator is widely used in the concentration of chemical, ketchup, glucose,
starch sugar, oligosaccharide, caramel, sorbitol, fresh milk, fruit
juice, vitamin C, maltodextrin, pharmaceutical and other aqueous
solutions. Besides, it is also widely used in the waste liquid
treatment of monosodium glutamate, alcohol, fish powder and other
fields.
The equipment is continuously operated under vacuum and low
temperature conditions, with high evaporation capacity, energy
saving and consumption reduction, low operating cost, and it can
maintain the original color, aroma, taste and ingredients of the
processed materials to the maximum extent. It is widely used in
many industries such as food, medicine, food deep processing,
beverage, light industry, environmental protection, chemical
industry and other fields.
The evaporator can be designed into different process flow
according to the characteristics of different materials to be
processed, and can also be equipped with automatic control system
according to the requirements of different users.

Working Principle
Material is distributed evenly into each tubes through the
distribution device at the top of each Evaporator, material turns
to film and flow from up to down due to its self-gravitating, pump
pressure and 2nd Vapor Stream, meanwhile, containing water is
evaporated when material heat exchange with the heating steam
outside the evaporating tubes.
Process as per flow chart: Liquid material goes into the upper inlet of middle part of Condenser first, after preheating, flows down from distribution device at upper part of 3rd Evaporator, then pump from the bottom of 3rd Evaporator and 3rd Separator to the distribution device at the upper part of 1st Evaporator by material pump, then flows down, then pump from the bottom of 1st Evaporator and 1st Separator to the distribution device at the upper part of 2nd Evaporator by material pump, then flows down, final product can be discharged from the bottom of 2nd Evaporator and 2nd Separator directly.
