Gabion BasketGabion basket is a multi-purpose material structure, known by many different names, such as gabion mesh, green grid, gabion retaining wall, Reynolds pad, reinforced gabion, gabion cage, and so on. It has become increasingly popular in recent years for various engineering projects, such as traffic, water conservancy, municipal, gardens, soil and water conservation.
Gabion mesh is made of corrosion-resistant steel wire or thin alloy coated steel wire with 5-10% carbon, twisted and hexagonal ourselves by the wire machine. The length of the double hinge part should not be less than 5cm to protect the steel wire’s coating. The specific details of the wire used can be found in the industry standard YB/T4221-2010.
The gabion mesh can be assembled into structures according to engineering design requirements, and filled with blocks and stones for stability. This new technology is usually used for embankment and roadbed protection.

River Stone Cage - A Versatile Building Material
River stone cage is also known as gabion mesh, green grid, gabion retaining wall, Reynolds pad, reinforced gabion, and gabion cage. In recent years, it has become a widely used material for its structure in various engineering projects such as in traffic, water conservancy, municipal, gardens, and soil and water conservation.
The ecological grid is composed of high-strength low-carbon galvanized steel wire or 5-10% thin alloy-coated steel wire (or homogeneous-coated polymer steel wire). It is twisted together with hexagonal mesh by machine and the length of the double hinge part should not be less than 5 cm in order to preserve the protective coating of the steel wire. Detailed specifications are available in the industry standard YB/T4221-2010.
Gabion mesh can be molded into boxes for engineering design requirements, connected with stones and filling materials for overall reinforcement used in embankments and road bed protection - a new technological advancement.

Applications:
