1. Discharge platform
When fresh mango arrives, usually in heavy trucks, it becomes very difficult when unloaded by workers. So we design an unloading platform, use a water gun to unload fresh mangoes from the truck, and use water to deliver the fresh mangoes to the processing line. In addition, the discharge platform has another feature that allows you to pre-clean fresh mangoes before processing.
2. Elevator
This machine is used to deliver fresh mango from outside the building to inside.
3. Washing
Fresh fruits should be thoroughly washed before crushing them. A bubble washer and a brush / spray washer can be used together for cleaning. If cleaning requirements are high, you can add other cleaning steps. In addition, ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning can be added to enhance the cleaning effect.
4. Sorting
After washing, the surface of the fruit is clean, we can check the situation of all the fruit by human eye, and sort out the bad tomatoes by human.
5. Destoning
The mango pitching machine operates at a speed of 1470 RPM, crushing fresh mango and thoroughly cleaning all mango pits and skins. This can significantly reduce waste and improve pulp yields. The carrots are pumped out of the factory and the pulp is pumped to the next stage.
6. Preheating
The pre-heater is used to heat the product after crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step, would help to higher the juice rate for next step, and also can protect the color and taste of the final product.
7. Pulper and refiner
This machine also operates at a speed of 1470 RPM, causing centrifugal force and allowing the product to pass through the sieve and help refine the product. And usually we use two stages, a pulper and a refiner. The screens for each stage are different: the first stage has a larger screen and the second stage has a smaller screen. The two-stage pulping machine for the yield rate of tomato pulp can reach 60% -75%. After pulping, the tomato skin and seeds are separated from the tomato pulp. The machine operates with high capacity and stable performance. It is easy to use and you can change the screen. Suitable for a wide variety of fruits such as passion fruit, tomatoes, peaches, apricots, mangoes and apples.
8. Horizontal spiral centrifugal
The machine is used to reduce solids and impurities and ensure the mango pulp puree no impurities and black points.
9. Sterilizing
Mango pulp puree uses a tube-to-tube sterilizer. Sterilization temperature and retention time are adjustable. This machine heats the tomato paste to a very high temperature of around 115 ° C for 30 seconds and immediately cools it to room temperature. In this way, you can also test the tomato paste and protect the nutrients as much as possible. The entire system employs programmable controls. The operating system employs an image human-machine interface that is convenient for intuitively grasping the operating state of each component of the device.
10. Aseptic Filling
The aseptic filling machine works with a tube-in-tube type sterilizer. It is a closed cycle. Prior to manufacture, the cycle is completely sterilized to ensure a sterile environment. The filling cavity is also steam protected so that the filling environment is aseptic. Security-Provides several methods of security.
