Description

With years of experience in the fruit processing industry and the latest advanced techniques, Gofun has designed and developed the GFM-UHT Automatic UHT Tubular Sterilization System. This high-temperature sterilizer is capable of heating, preserving heat, heat recovery, and cooling simultaneously. During preheating and sterilization, the system maximizes heat recovery for energy efficiency.

Gofun offers two types of tubular sterilizers to cater to different requirements:

Tube in Tube Type Sterilization System:
The Tube in Tube Type Sterilizer is specially designed for the processing of concentrated pastes and other high-viscosity materials. This equipment features a casing structure with four layers, where heated water is used as the heating medium for instantaneous heating and sterilization of the material. Subsequently, cooling water or ice water is employed to rapidly cool the sterilized material. The heat exchange medium flows within the innermost two layers and the outermost layer of the tube, maximizing the heat exchange area and efficiency. This design facilitates uniform internal temperature distribution and ensures thorough sterilization of the material.

Tubular Type Sterilization System:
The Tubular Type Sterilizer finds widespread application in the sterilization of fruit juice, tea beverages, milk, and other liquid food products. Throughout the sterilization process, the system automatically controls and maintains the temperature of the materials, guaranteeing effective and safe sterilization.
