High Efficiency Apple Juice Processing Machine 0.5T/H To 30T/H

A belt press juice extractor operates on the principle of extracting juice from apples. The machine consists of a belt made of food-grade material that runs between two rollers. The apples are fed into the juicer through a chute.

As the belt moves, the apples come in contact with it and are pressed against the rollers. The rollers exert pressure on the apples, breaking them down and releasing the juice. The juice is then separated from the pulp, which is collected separately.

The belt juicer employs a squeezing and filtering mechanism to extract the juice efficiently. The pressure applied by the rollers helps to rupture the apple cells, allowing the juice to flow out. Meanwhile, the design of the belt allows the juice to pass through small perforations, while retaining the larger pulp particles.

The separated juice is collected in a container, ready for consumption or further processing. The pulp, on the other hand, is expelled from the juicer into a separate container or disposal system.
