Core equipment of tomato sauce production line
1. Raw material pretreatment equipment
Intelligent sorting and cleaning machine
Integrated bubble cleaning, high-pressure spraying and flotation
functions, it can simultaneously complete the removal of mud and
sand, the removal of rotten fruits and the separation of fruit
stems. Some models are equipped with AI visual recognition to
realize automatic sorting of impurities.
2. Crushing and enzyme inactivation equipment
Thermal crushing unit
The double-shaft crusher equipped with heating function, while
crushing tomatoes to 5-10mm particles, heats the material to 85-90℃
through steam or electric heating, and simultaneously inactivates
pectinase and oxidase13.
3. Refining and processing equipment
Dual-channel pulping machine
Adopting a stepped screen design (the first channel is 1.5-2.0mm to
remove coarse fibers, and the second channel is 0.6-0.8mm to purify
the pulp), it is equipped with a variable frequency motor to
achieve a pulping rate of >95%. Centrifugal separator
Separate the pulp and seeds through high-speed rotation
(2000-3000rpm) to prevent the seeds from breaking and affecting the
taste.
4. Concentration system
Multi-effect vacuum evaporator
Three-effect/four-effect forced circulation tubular concentration
equipment, vacuum degree up to 600-700mmHg, low temperature
(50-60℃) evaporation of water, tomato sauce concentration endpoint
control accuracy ±0.5°Brix.
MVR mechanical steam recompression unit
Energy-saving equipment, recycles secondary steam through heat pump
technology, and the energy consumption is only 1/8 of traditional
concentration equipment (suitable for large-scale automated
production lines).
5. Sterilization and filling equipment
UHT ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilizer
The tubular sterilization system can heat the sauce to 90-95℃
within 20-30 seconds, and the lycopene retention rate is >90%.
Aseptic large bag filling line
Supports 220L aseptic bag filling, with a filling accuracy of
±0.2kg.
