Product Description

The swirl diffuser is supplied with a square face plate. The face plate is made of SPCC steel and is

1.0mm thick. The surface of a swirl diffuser is powder coated with RAL9010, RAL9016 or RAL9003

according to clients’ requests.


Application of the Iris Damper

The ceiling swirl diffuser is used for low and medium pressure ventilation systems. It is easy to use

and can be installed with a plenum box to provide a uniform air supply and exhaust. The ceiling swirl

diffuser swirls the incoming air to mix the indoor air with fresh air. It has adjustable plastic control blades

to enable a steady air stream. The ceiling swirl diffuser is mostly installed in climate-controlled areas

and ventilated industrial spaces. The swirl diffuser is suitable for flush mounting on ceilings.

Yuyao Jingqiao Hardware Factory (JH) was founded in 1997, JH is one of the largest manufacturers of metal stamping parts in Ningbo of China, which is close to the ocean ports of Ningbo and Shanghai. JH supplied the stamping parts with the local munufacturers since 1997, in 2004 JH began to export the goods through the China trading companies, in 2008, JH exported the goods directly to overseas markets, we continued to grow with steady steps, in 2012 General manager Jake Lu established another company AIER which was specialized in making standard ventilation parts for overseas construction market, now AIER has developed the largest exporter of the ventilation products in the whole Europe.
