Body and valve are made of galvanized steel DX53D+Z275 or Stainless steel 316L, Seal ring is
made of EPDM

Composition
-Body and valve made of galvanized sheet steel or stainless steel
-Plastic regulator nut with plastic key
-Measuring point on either side of the valve for connection of manometer
-Sticker with selection graph, metioning the air volume at the different opening positions of the
valve and the according pressure level
-Flexile joints for air tightness when placed inside the duct.


Application of the Iris Damper


Iris dampers are typically used for controlling the air volume and measuring the circular duct in ventilation
and air conditioning systems. The diaphragm valve ensures a perfect accordance between a diameter
indication on the handle and an opening of a valve. A fully opened iris damper provides a 100% free area
with no control mechanism in the airstream, thus allowing easy and effective cleaning of the duct work system.

Yuyao Jingqiao Hardware Factory (JH) was founded in 1997, JH is one of the largest manufacturers of metal stamping parts in Ningbo of China, which is close to the ocean ports of Ningbo and Shanghai. JH supplied the stamping parts with the local munufacturers since 1997, in 2004 JH began to export the goods through the China trading companies, in 2008, JH exported the goods directly to overseas markets, we continued to grow with steady steps, in 2012 General manager Jake Lu established another company AIER which was specialized in making standard ventilation parts for overseas construction market, now AIER has developed the largest exporter of the ventilation products in the whole Europe. Mr. Jake Lu is the only owner of both companies. JH/AIER are grown from a family workshop of 10 workers t where it is today.
