Product description:

Sludge conditioner is applicable for the preconcentration and dewatering of sludge in municipal sewage treatment plants as well as various industrial and domestic sewage treatment facilities. It shows strong adaptability to different water qualities and high resistance to acids and alkalis. It is suitable for conditioning sludge before dehydration using centrifugal, plate - and - frame, belt - type and other dehydrating equipment.

Applications:

1. The process of dewatering and reducing the quantity of biochemical sludge in municipal sewage treatment plants.

2. The dewatering and reduction of the amount of biochemical sludge present in the sewage plants located within industrial parks.

3. The operation of dewatering and lessening the volume of biochemical sludge in the sewage plants of enterprises.

Application method:

1. Make a dilution of the product to an aqueous solution that is 50 to 200 times the volume of the original product.

2. Based on the amount of dried sludge, add an amount of the agent that ranges from 0.5% to 1% of the dried sludge content.

3. Once it is mixed either in the pipeline mixer or the stirring tank, it proceeds directly into the plate and frame filter press.

Package:

1. The product is packed 200kg net in plastic drum or 1000kg net in lBC.

2. This product is common chemical and should be stored at room temperature. Do not expose it to direct sunlight. It is recommended to store at a temperature of 5-30℃.

3. Shelflife: 12 months
