1. Brief introduction of Racking System

Rack/Shelf, used in warehouse, to store different industry products.

Storage rack can be divided into many groups according to its functions, such as

(1) selective pallet rack, to store palletized goods.

(2) light duty rack, usually less than 500kgs per level, with wooden board or steel shelf as decking

(3) medium duty rack, normally above 500kgs per level, but less than 1000kgs per level, with wooden board or steel shelf as decking.

(4) heavy loading duty racks, normally loading duty is from 1 ton to 4 tons per level, with wooden board, wire mesh or steel shelf as decking.

(5) cantilever rack, to store long items, such as, steel bars, metal sheets, wooden boards, aluminum tubes, etc.

(6) mezzanine floor, like a raised steel floor, can be 2 layers or 3 layers, with 300kgs-1000kgs per sqm as loading duty, equipped with stairs or cargo list, to add vertical spaces for storage requirements.

(7) drive in pallet rack, often used in cold rooms to store beverage, foods, fruits, or something similar with a demand of high storage density, on unique pallets.

(8) mold rack, to display tooling molds, normally for injection molds storage, with drawer type, easily sliding.

(9) flow in rack. Goods, or products can slide itself to other side by gravity.

(10) compactor cabinet, to keep files, papers, drawings, or valuable items.
