RY series hot oil pump is a kind of ideal hot oil circulation pump. It’s mainly used to conveying high-temperature liquid which is weak corrosive and not include solid particles.The temperature is ≤350℃.It’s widely used in hot heating system in various fields,such as petroleum oil,chemical industry, rubber,plastic,medicine production industry, textile printing and dyeing industry, road building industry,food industry, timber processing industry, and other various industrial fields.

Structure Introduction

The singl The support of the RY series composes foot support and central support, the inlet of the pump is axial direction suction and outlet is center vertical direction. The pump and motor have been installed on the same foundation through coupling, so the whole set do not need cooling system. Pump inlet and outlet flange and pressure parts are produced according to 16bar pressure, the base size in accordance with GB5660.

The main parts of the pump as follows:

• Casing Part: body pump, pump cover .
• Rotor Part: impeller, shaft, impeller nut .
• Bearing part: bearing body with two sets of bearings, is the rotor supporter.
• Sealing part: packing seal and high temperature resistant oil seal
• Drive part: pump connects motor with three-jaw-type coupling, motor can be ordinary or explosion-proof,from the coupling side ,the pump rotate clockwise.
• About new structure design ,We use a way of natural heat dissipation instead of the traditional way of water-cooled , reducing the size of the pump, so that the structure is simple, saving operating costs, good performance, safe and reliable.
