Use Method for Cookware Handle Bending Strength Test Apparatus:
1) Install the cookware as shown below, adjust the left and right,
up and down positions of the push-pull force gauges to align the
D-section loading bar(s) with the measured handle(s) position. If
testing single-handle cookware, make sure that the distance between
the contact surface of the D-section loading bar and the handle is
10±1mm from the end of the handle. If testing double-handle
cookware, the positions of push-pull force gauges on both sides
should be well adjusted.
2) Press down the handle (as shown below), force applied steadily
by turning the crank counterclockwise until the required force is
reached or the handle connection fails. For testing double-handle
cookware, force should be applied by turning the crank
counterclockwise on both sides at the same time.
3) Check the sample is qualified or not after testing.
