ISO 4892-1 PLC & Touch Screen UVA UVB Accelerated Aging Environmental Test Chamber
Product Description:
The UV resistance to natural weathering test chamber is mainly used for the artificial accelerated test of plastics, coatings, rubbers and other materials under simulated conditions. This equipment only takes a few days or weeks to reproduce the operating conditions that occur outdoors for months or even years, Or aging and other laboratory damage to various parts, including fading, discoloration, tarnishing, chalking, cracking, cracking, wrinkling, blistering, embrittlement, reduced strength, oxidation. Test results can be used to select new materials, improve existing materials, or evaluate changes to material formulations.

Test Principle:
This machine uses imported fluorescent UV lamp as light source, and
simulates ultraviolet radiation such as natural sunshine, night
coldness, condensation, rain, etc., to accelerate the test of
material resistance to natural weathering, so as to obtain the
results of material weathering. It can help you select new
materials, improve existing materials, and evaluate how this
affects product durability.
Standards & Clauses:
What is the difference between UV-A340 and UV-B313?
◆ Commonly used UV lamps are mainly UV-A340 and UV-B313.
◆ UV-A-340 is the best choice to simulate the solar ultraviolet. It
perfectly mimics the spectrum of sunlight in the critical short
wavelength range (closer to the solar spectrum), i.e., the spectrum
in the wavelength range of 295-360 nm, with UVA-340 producing only
the spectrum of ultraviolet wavelengths that can be found in
sunlight.
◆ UV-B-313 simulated solar ultraviolet aging intensity is greater
than UV-A, the damage intensity is far greater than UV-A. Suitable
for maximum acceleration of UV weathering tests and fast delivery
of test results. It uses shortwave ultraviolet rays that are
stronger than those common on Earth. While these much shorter than
natural wavelengths of UV light can maximize the speed of testing,
it can also cause inconsistency and actual degradation of certain
materials.
