Advantages of main components:
Mixer
By means of streamlined design, the contact area between the mixing
arm and the material increases, and the blades on the two shafts
work in a convective state, thus effectively forming the shear and
diffusion of particles.
Biaxial agitation without gravity can prevent the separation of
material and greatly improve the mixing efficiency. Ordinary mortar
can mix the material more than 90% evenly in 30 seconds.
Metering System
●Accurate raw material measurement-----The cement powder is metered
by a screw conveyor, and the sand material is metered by a precise
metering valve. The powder admixture is controlled by a unique
ultra-fine 114 screw machine with a suitable frequency converter.

Dryer

three-barrel dryer is greatly improved.
