Description:
Single-cylinder horizontal dryer is mainly used for mineral

Structure:
The monocular dryer is made up of a cylinder as the main body of
the dryer. The main body is horizontally rotated on the four
supporting rollers at both ends by the belts at both ends, and the
feeding end of the cylinder is provided with a hot air furnace
device such as fuel, steam, coal, and the like. The discharge end
is provided with a dust cover and an automatic cutting device. The
dust cover is connected to the dust collector through the pipeline,
and the dust removal equipment, the feeding equipment and the
conveying equipment can be separately designed according to the
user's process conditions and requirements.
Working principle:
The single cylinder dryer is a high-efficiency horizontal dryer, which is mainly used for drying slag, river sand, clay, coal powder, metal mining leaching slag and other materials in the building materials industry or metallurgical industry. The high-efficiency dryer adopts a new type of lifting plate device, which has many functions such as guiding, current sharing and lifting. The material can be uniformly distributed in the radial section of the dryer, and the material curtain becomes a thin, uniform and full state, completely in contact with the hot air flow, and the purpose of fully utilizing the heat energy is achieved. The high-efficiency dryer optimizes the process system parameters and selects reasonable operating parameters, which solves the balance problem of the three elements of the drying system “coal, material and wind”, thus greatly improving the thermal efficiency of the dryer. Increasing production, reducing energy consumption, coal consumption and electricity consumption are 30-70% lower than that of general dryers, and Taiwan's production is increasing by 50-85%. It has been widely used in cement companies.
