are especially suitable for bearing arrangements where radial space
is limited. Because needle roller bearing RNAO5*10*8TN only carries
pure radial load and can not limit the axial displacement of the
shaft relative to the housing. It is important to ensure that the
inner ring axis and outer ring axis must be aligned during mounting
the bearings.
Radial clearance adjustment method of cylindrical roller bearing:
Commonly used methods to adjust radial clearance of cylindrical
roller bearing are as follows:
1. For the side clearance of cylindrical and oval bearing bush, it
can be adjusted by manual grinding and scraping or repairing and
scraping after turning and adding pad on the face of the bearing.
2. For the top clearance of cylindrical and elliptic bearing,
manual grinding and scraping can be adopted, or when the situation
permits, the bearing can be adjusted by adding mat on the face of
the bearing.
3. For the multi-oil wedge fixed bearing bush, it is not allowed to
repair and scrape and adjust the bearing bush gap in principle. If
the gap is not suitable, the new bearing bush should be replaced.
4, for the multi-oil wedge tilting type bearing, not allowed to
repair the scraping tile, the gap is not appropriate should be
replaced due to the tile. For the tile with adjustable thickness,
the amount of tile can be adjusted by adding a stainless steel pad
under the adjustment block behind the tile, or by thinning the
thickness of the adjustment block. Note that for the tilting type
bearing bush with the multi-oil wedge, the thickness error between
the same group of tiles should be less than 0.01mm.
